We want you to be happy with your HushPups order. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be returned unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging. If an item has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
